Any one performing nuisance wildlife in the state of Kentucky must have a Commercial Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator Permit issued by the Department of Fish & Wildlife.
A Commercial Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator (NWCO) permit authorizes a person to take and transport specified wildlife at any time for commercial nuisance wildlife control purposes.
Make sure you have a permitted and insured operator before you sign the agreement on nuisance wildlife control.
